I’m planning a trip, and I need to know of some little towns in France that have beautiful wheatfields and pretty countrysides.

It’s a bit like asking for a good book in a library. You have pretty places everywhere. Try Loire Valley, or Bourgogne, or Alsace or for warmer and drier climates and ground the Provence.
