Paris…? :)?

Yes. I know you poor Parisians are tired of answering stupid tourist-y questions about Paris this and Paris that. I am sorry. Lolz. But seriously I NEED to know this. . .
What’s the weather like in Paris/Normandy in June? My friends seem to think it will be cold enough for coats and ugg boots but I disagree.
Also how much money will I need for 5 days in Paris and 2 days in Normandy?
Has anybody heard of the MIJE centre and is it nice?
